I also want to point out that Ian was very critical in this article, I agree, but it was also constructive. Your comment, on the other hand, is not. How can you call the review weak when you have nothing to back it up with? Ian did not say he didn’t like the band and that they suck, instead he said “They’re an alright pub band, but if they want to be more than this - and I believe they have the potential to be just that - they’ll need choose a direction first.” Not every band is amazing, but talented musicians, like Yesterday’s Forgotten, have the potential to be a great band. When bands start out, they’re obviously not going to be the best, and of course there will be faults. We’re not here to sugar-coat them when we obviously see that they need improvement, which will undoubtely come with time. If you have anymore comments, please feel free to leave them, but instead of just saying the article is weak, I ask you to be a little more critical than that “The Man”. We have a couple shows in Seattle later in the summer, but right now we are mostly recording.
