I feel the same way about this treasure of a band. I thought they were my best kept secret.... But, happily, they are exploding all over the world.. What I find so compelling is their joy and love for what they do...... I know they have been playing almost non stop these past 2 years, but each show feels fresh and performed for just us. I am also looking forward to their next record... I can only imagine that it will be as exciting as their first. Mikel is a gifted writer.... You can tell that he is completely invested in his music and his words... Ana blows my mind... she plays with abandon. Airborne has truly taken flight!!! Wow~ Brilliant review….
